We ship to all 220 countries where our carriers DHL, FEDEX & Japan Post operate.
The standard delivery is FREE: 10-20 days delivery (no tracking).
The EXPRESS delivery: 2-5 days delivery (tracking), the fee varies from $10 to $20 depending on the country.
Orders exceeding 1KG (calculated automatically by our system) will be assigned the EXPRESS fee.
We do not ship Hinoki Ritual to Mexico. This country has a ban on oil importation.
EU deliveries - Depending on the value of your order, your Hypanese parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs. Unfortunately, these charges are out of Hypanese's hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we're unable to predict what your particular charges may be. For more accurate information, we would suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you're not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

Any order placed is able to be canceled within 24 hours of order placement if not processed or shipped. Please contact us immediately via Instagram or Facebook or email at email@example.com to cancel.
We have a 10-days return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. Hinoki Ritual essential oil cannot be returned.
The cost associated with the return process will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (digital or paper).
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. When your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and Hinoki Ritual essential oil.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, discount coupons and gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
