We offer worldwide shipping to all 220 countries where DHL & Japan Post operate.

If your country is not included, please contact us and we will

service you with a different carrier.


How long does it take to ship my order?

We estimate a total of 5 business days from order to delivery with the Express shipping, 14 days with the Free shipping. 

This can vary depending on external factors.

1) WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

You can purchase on our website using a debit, a credit card or American Express. 

We additionally offer payment through Paypal , Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Please choose you preferred payment method at checkout.


2) WHICH CURRENCY WILL I BE CHARGED IN?

We currently only support the following currencies for charging our customers in their local currencies: JPY, USD, GBP, EUR. More currencies soon to be added. 

If your credit or debit card use another currency, then you will be charged in JPY, USD, GBP, EUR, depending on the website you are on. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversation rate of the currency of your choice. 


3) DO YOU OFFER A 3 OR 4 TIMES PAYMENT OPTION?

Unfortunately, Shopify Japan does not support AfterPay or Affirm at the moment. 

We are actively looking for an alternative solution in order to offer deferred payment.

We offer FREE shipping worldwide to all destination where DHL operates on every order over $100. You can access the complete list by reading the list of countries serviced by DHL. 

If your country is not included, please contact us and we will service you with a different carrier. 


2) HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Once you have placed your order, it usually takes 24h to 48h to process it for shipping.

We use DHL express worldwide which estimates a 3 days delivery service to all countries around the world allowing us to estimate a total of 4 business days from order to delivery for all countries. 

However, the shipping time is an expectation provided by our carrier and may vary from 2 days at best to 5 days at worst. Also, please bear in mind that external factors might impact shipping time (unexpected natural event, strikes, act of God).


3) HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Once your order is shipped we will send you an email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order.

Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "Order History" section on your account page on the website.


4) WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME?

If you are not at home during the expected delivery date and time, a new delivery will be performed the next day. DHL will allow you to reschedule your delivery at the address, date and time of your choice on their platform. Please, follow the tracking number link in your email to adjust the delivery to your convenience.

You may also have to go to your local post office to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.


5) WILL I PAY TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Deliveries in Europe will have to pay custom taxes but don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! In a scenario where custom taxes must be paid at the custom border, this amount will be identified and prepaid during your checkout process. Then our delivery partner will handle the payment at clearance. 


If any issue occurs during the custom clearance, you will be immediately notified. 


1) DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS? 

We have a 10-days return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. The cost associated with the return process will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

3) DO YOUR PRODUCTS CAME WITH A WARRANTY?

We guarantee any of our products sold through our online store to be free of defect. We would gladly accept any return or exchange request resulting from a defective item granted they respect the following conditions:

- The item must have been sold on our online store

- The item shouldn't have been used in any way

- The return or exchange request is made within 10 days of delivery

- The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request

Please follow the link in your message to pay the associated fees. And feel free to add a custom note in your order if you wish to add specifications to your package regarding import taxes.
